Master Your Mission Coaching
What’s your mission in life?
That’s a loaded question. Let’s break it down.
What’s your mission in your work? How about in your relationships? And what about your hobbies or personal interests?
Now we’ve broken one loaded question into three.
So let’s get right to it:
Your mission, at its core, is your sense of purpose accompanied by unwavering conviction.
You need to master the three critical parts of your mission if you want to elevate and enrich every component of your life.
The three critical parts of your mission are:
- Purpose. In other words, your intellectual “why.” Your thoughts. Your mind.
- Passion. In other words, your emotional conviction. Your fuel. Your heart.
- Persistence. In other words, your actions. Your daily discipline, responsible for laying your life’s groundwork. Your body.
All three of these pieces are fundamental in driving your mission forward. They make you aware of, connected to, and empowered in accomplishing your professional and personal goals. They also account for your mind, heart, and body. Your soul, which keeps everything intact, will amplify each of your purposeful thoughts, passionate sentiments, and persistent actions.
So what?
You have two choices. Keep living your life, the way it is. Or … elevate your life. Enrich it. By leveraging purpose, passion, and persistence to drive you forward.
Are you stuck between jobs? Questioning your vocation? Otherwise suffering professionally?
What about your relationships? Your sense of self-worth? Your level of fulfillment with your leisure activities?
Now we’re getting back into the loaded questions.

Testimonials:
“Kyle has provided me with tremendous insight in how he presents the three lifelines, Professional, Personal, and Social, and how they all interact. For me, it took a long time to get the professional to play nice with the personal; however, recently, the personal is aligning nicely with the professional (and my “social” lifeline is coming along for the ride!). I honestly am thankful to be coached by Kyle.”

“When I started meeting with Kyle, I sought help in enhancing my interviewing skills. As we continued to work together, I became more apt in interacting with recruiters. Now, after several meetings, individualized support, and around-the-clock feedback, Kyle has helped me increase my confidence to communicate with recruiters and develop relationships with them. His personalized service has allowed me to confront uncertainty with enthusiasm and an action plan. I highly recommend him as a coach, collaborator, and influencer.”

“When I started working with Kyle, I had just started preparing for my professional future. I initially sought out his help to refine my elevator pitch, after seeing him provide individualized advice to every student that approached him with elevator pitches at a sponsored UF MBA career coaching event. As we worked together, I mastered executing my pitch which eventually led me to interview at The Home Depot & KPMG. With my interview dates rapidly approaching, Kyle quickly shifted his focus to help me frame, reframe, and refine my resume walk and S.T.A.R.T. stories on the days that led up to my interviews. Kyle was an invaluable part in helping me prepare for any career-related activity, which led me to receive offers from all the companies that I interviewed with. His experience, interest, and genuine desire to help me grow professionally are why I would highly recommend him as a coach, collaborator, and influencer.”

“Kyle is an extremely personable, highly energetic mentor. I’m a graduate student and I’m searching for a full-time job, so I went to Kyle seeking help to build my resume and the inputs he gave were amazing. After his coaching, I received interviews from many firms. Even my friends started asking to use my resume as a reference, but I directed them to Kyle. He also trained me by conducting many mock interviews and by giving me many notes. He is an excellent listener, motivator, and communicator. Kyle’s favorite quote, “Aspire, Perspire, and Inspire” perfectly defines him.”
